Who we are

This site is run by Bushell Entertainment Ltd on behalf of Nandi Bushell. Contact: [add email].

What we collect

Your email address, your mobile number if you give it (for WhatsApp updates), and your name if you sign in with Google, Apple or Spotify (we never show your real name).
The nickname you choose, your favourite song, your reviews and likes.
Which songs you play, which social accounts you tell us you followed, and who invited you.
Anonymous visit counts (we set no tracking or advertising cookies). If you choose to show the TikTok or Instagram feeds, those services may set their own cookies.

Why

To give you access to the songs, run the forums and rewards, and email you about Nandi's music. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you join. Totals (how many fans, plays and ratings) are shared with Nandi's record label. Your personal details are not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

What other fans see

Only your nickname, badge, points and approved reviews.

Where it's stored

With Supabase, our database provider, and Netlify, our web host. Data may be stored outside the UK under approved safeguards.

Age

You must be 13 or older to join.

Your rights
